"When I started this sketch, I felt like I was in quite a dark place in my mind. I was feeling alone, uncertain of my present, and terrified of my future. We all can relate to these feelings some time to another and it is just what the Moon Princess must have felt when she was being sent to earth by her mother, Queen Serenity, along with the rest of the court of the Silver Millennium.

I didn't have much in mind aside from an isolated yet still gorgeous Princess, and the rest of the elements came to me as I painted on."
