What some of you might not be aware of is that I take Members suggestions to improve the club quite seriously. The Keyblade set, for example, was recommended as a possible theme in conversation on our Discord Server. Same goes with the Oogie Boogie Halloween pin.

This suggestion however is a bit on the larger scale, so I wanted to discuss it here with all of you first before giving proper thoughts to it's mechanics.

Our Member Alice Read suggested that when doing sets I might consider doing a rating system on the pins depending on how many parcels with that specific pin are sent out.

As an example: if we have pin X, Y and Z, and I send out 50 out of a 100 parcels of pin X, 35 of pin Y and only 15 of pin Z, that would make pin X a "common," Y an "uncommon" and Z a "rare pin."
Kind of like getting a Holofoil Card when opening a Pokemon Trading Cards booster pack!

While the monthly membership pricing would remain the sale, it might give a bit more personal value to the rare pin.

Of course this would mean that the prices in the upcoming Members Only Pin Store would scale based on rarity. Also, rare pins would be designed to have a little bit more detail than the others. Almost like a "Limited Edition" pin.

What do you think of this? Please leave your thoughts and ideas in the comment section below!
