Near Punaluʻu beach (Patreon)

We went to check out the Big Island's most popular black sand beach, hoping we'd maybe be able to shoot and see some turtles. Unfortunately, none of that happened; the area was swarming with people and the turtles were clearly feeling shy that day.

Nonetheless, we were determined to find a spot for me get naked and bask in the scenery! We hiked around for a bit before stumbling across this fantastically unique, lava-laden coastline with not a single person as far as the eye could see. I love the contrast of the green growing out of the blackness!
