Another week down, many more to go!

First things first - I want to welcome all the new members.  I know a lot of you probably came here because of the new story, but I've noticed a bit of an uptick in people commenting/liking old content as well.  So, I hope you're all enjoying my work (there's a ton of it, so it might take a little while to get through it all!).

Alright - so, that said.  This week has been pretty awesome, and for a couple of reasons.  First, Path of Dragons continues to perform above expectations.  And on top of that, I got some cool new sketches for Mistrunner 3's cover.  And finally, I just found out that Podium finally signed a physical media distribution agreement with Two Rivers (a book distribution company), and my books are going to be included in the initial offering.  Basically, that means next year, we should see Death: Genesis in brick-and-mortar bookstores.  Which is amazing to me, and I'm seriously looking forward to it.

In other Death: Genesis news, we're starting to get into the meat of book eight, and I'm very much excited about where it's going.  I don't think it's a secret that I love writing Death: Genesis's fight scenes, and I think some of what I've got planned is going to blow you folks away.

Regarding Mistrunner, I'm still working on book four, and given that we just got out of the Rift, there's going to be some serious plot movement in the next little bit.  So keep an eye out for that.  Just like with Death: Genesis, I have a lot of cool stuff planned, and I'm very cognizant of getting this book right.  Here's hoping I succeed!

And finally, we get to the most recent (and as of this week, most popular) story, Path of Dragons.  As I mentioned earlier, this story has exceeded my expectations by becoming my most popular fiction.    Sure, that's skewed a bit by the fact that both Death: Genesis and Mistrunner have had chapters removed (in favor of publishing on Kindle Unlimited), but I can confidently say that it's doing better than either of those stories were less than a month into release.  So, I'm definitely very happy with that.

It's also my highest rated story, which is nice to see even amid the ratings-bombing that came with making it onto Rising Stars (ugh, those .5 star reviews on chapter one!).  So, I'm excited about the response to the story.

As I've mentioned in previous announcements (as well as on the Discord), when we get to 4k average views and 2k followers, I intend to extend the Patreon benefit to 40 chapters ahead of Royal Road (an extra five chapters).  So, if you want to see that happen, you can rate, review, follow, and favorite, which will increase the story's visibility on Royal Road.  In addition, mentioning it on social media like Reddit can help a ton.

Or don't!  I think the story will be fine either way.  It'll just take a little longer to reach our goals.  No harm in asking, though.

In any case, thank you all for your support!  I hope my work continues to warrant it!  If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to ask here in the comments, through Patreon's messaging system, or via the Discord.

Don't worry about the 0.5 reviews some people on RR think that they are book reviewer and act like book purist

Oh, if they were genuine ratings, I wouldn't care. But when as soon as I get onto Rising Stars, I start getting .5 star reviews one chapter in, I don't think it's difficult to see that some people are giving those ratings for less-than-reputable reasons. It's especially obvious when I've heard plenty of other authors talking about how that kind of thing happens.
