Weekly Check-In (6/11/23) (Patreon)

Another week's in the books, and I'm pretty excited about the progress I've made lately.  Remember that Death: Genesis 3 is coming out on Kindle and Audible later this month (on the 27th), so keep an eye out for that!

First, I'm starting to close the penultimate arc of Death: Genesis 5, which means that by the end of this coming week, I should be starting in on the climax.  So, I'm understandably excited about that.  It might take a few extra days (depending on how this current arc works out), but I'm definitely excited about getting some of my ideas out there for you folks to enjoy.  

In Mistrunner news, I've gotten a good start on the third book (I'm five chapters in), and though I'm sure it'll be a bit of a jolt for some readers, I think it's going to be awesome.  I won't talk too much about what's changing, but I will say that it's going to allow me to move on with some of the character development I have in mind.  Hopefully it works as well for you all as it does for me.

Finally, I've started writing Heretic (subtitle TBD).  I'm only a few chapters in, which means I've only dipped my toe into the world, but I think it's unfolding nicely so far.  Hopefully, that continues while I'm telling the story I want to tell.  It's still a couple (maybe three) months from anyone else reading it, but I'm still excited about it.
