Weekly Check-In (5/19/24) (Patreon)

So, this has been a busy week for me. Just a lot of little things cropping up that needed to be taken care of, which messed with my schedule pretty badly. I ended up getting the work done, but it wasn't as smooth as I like. I'm a creature of habit, and when something throws a wrench into my schedule, it just makes things more difficult for me. On top of that, Patreon changed their interface...again, which resulted in a bit of a posting snafu this weekend. II think I've got it all sorted, but with Patreon, who knows? They definitely don't make it easy, I'll say that.

In any case, let's move on to the individual books.

As most of you know, we're only about a month and a half from book 6 of Death: Genesis hitting Amazon/Audible. So, if you haven't yet, head over there and pre-order your copy. I really love this volume, so I hope you'll all dig it as well. Remember - there's a decent amount of extra content there that wasn't in the Royal Road/Patreon release, and I think it all augments the story quite a bit.

Concerning the current content, I'm really, really enjoying writing this dungeon, and I think it's got some really fun stuff going on with it. So, I hope you're all liking it as well. We're about halfway through with book 9's content, so there's still a bunch of fun stuff to come.

Now, moving on to Path of Dragons. I finally started talking to Podium about narrators, and I gave them my preferences. I'm not sure when we'll know something on who's going to get the job, but I hope it's going to be pretty soon. It would kind of need to be if we're going to stick with the tentative schedule they proposed. I'm really excited about it, though.

Regarding where we are right now in the current content, we're around 2/3 finished with book 4. Then, we'll be moving right into book 5, which I'm very excited about. I've been outlining it for a few weeks now, and I think it's going to be awesome.
