Anywho, a little backstory as to whats happening here:

Liz has been caught voring someone illegally and has been captured by the "police" for interrogation, as she is now a prime suspect in the recent chain of disappearances of young women in the area she was caught eating the other woman at. They use scare tactics by demonstrating what will happen to her if she doesnt cooperate on a prisoner who was set to be released within the next couple of hours; they have no mercy, and get off on torturing their victims.
