Today i got a SUPER SPECIAL video for yall where i unbox and review A NAKED ANIME STATUE ROFLLLL~ Theres been a sudden influx of unofficial anime resin statues of naked male characters this year so OF COURSE i had to contribute to this HISTORIC trend and unbox and review one for yall. Watch me unbox, talk about the JOURNEY it took to get here, WHY i chose who i chose, my overall thoughts and just my general opinions on unofficial resin statues as someone who only collects licensed pvc figures (nendoroids, scales and etc). Apologies ahead of time for all the "ums" LMAO i tried to cut most of them down in post but this shit came in on a day i didnt think it would and i was too impatient to unbox it so this was end of the day when my brain isnt as coherent.

Additional Thoughts Not In Video:

-This statue (and from what i understand MOST unlicensed resin statues) came without any instructions whatsoever but it was easy enough to put together.

-After looking at the statue during the day with natural light, some of the veins particularly on the chest have a faint but fairly messy paint on them which i assume was to add shading/shadows but they were overall not painted the best. Its ultimately not a negative for me and theres plenty of unpainted veins that look fine without any sort of paint but figured id mention it, its just kinda like "oh" when i look at it but only really super noticeable up close.
