Chosen by premium patron Andrew, we're covering the modern hit comic book adaptation, Invincible! Learn why it took almost 20 years for Robert Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley's super series to get a cartoon, how it changed from page to screen, and more about how it pioneered in both style and format. Then hear us chat about the hourlong first episode (including the shocking twist) on a podcast that really is Invincible (imagine the title card just splashed on your screen)!

Just wanted to mention that the composer for Invincible is John Paesano, same composer behind the Insomniac Spider-Man games, Netflix's Daredevil and Netflix's The Defenders. AMAZING theme.

Wanted to pop in here. Big fan of the books but couldn’t get into the show due to the changes made - but that’s the thing with adaptations; they’re for a new audience. They already got my money. Still here to say that the addition of a Canadian show runner isn’t a government thing but rather a union thing. I see it happen often when shows like Titans or The Boys come to shoot in Toronto. They need to hire Canadian equivalents if they bring a Stunt Coordinator from the states. And the leaf added to Mark’s shirt in a flashback is simply a nod I would assume.
