Slight correction guys, the Super 7 Lisa figure actually comes with a Lisa Lionheart doll, not a Malibu. Stacy.

NECA did a sort of Playmates homage line of Simpsons for the 25th anniversary that focused on celebrities. They've never done super articulated stuff. They also have released a bunch of those blind boxed figures via their Kid Robot brand and they've hit on numerous females. Super7 is the only company I can think of that's done action figures of The Simpsons that do more than swivel at the head and shoulders. McFarlane did some stuff many years ago, but they were more like diorama pieces (and some were pretty damn fun like Homer in the donut machine). Good to see they are finally getting to Marge and Lisa and the fact that they're in a generic presentation for the character has people hoping for evergreen versions of Bart and Homer in the future.

Interesting, double seasons for the foreseeable future

People still use cock rings.

I totally agree about the refreshing lightness of handhelds. I'm playing a lot on my PSP lately, and that thing weighs significantly less than my iPhone. Glorious!

An alternative to getting Vans and then buying inserts is to purchase the "ComfyCush" versions where you get all the inside stuff you should have gotten, for ten dollars more.

The "I like turtles" incident happened right here on the Portland Waterfront during an annual event known as the Rose Festival. Never forget he was also a zombie for some reason.

They said they talked about the Super Mario movie here but I can't find that. Where is it?

Happy that you two are exploring more American Dad. Please tell me if there is another show with more cartoon bird violence. Ever since Bob pointed it out, I've been keeping note and I don't think American Dad can be beat.

Greetings fellow nerds, I’m just going to put my “genius at work” t shirt on for this comment… it’s a rare occasion that I get to correct the absolute masters of the game BUT in response to comments about the release of spinal tap in may 4th 1984, and how original the film was at the time (paraphrasing) , it may interest you to know that the film “bad news” was released a year before in 1983 written by Adrian Edmondson and featuring the cast of “the young ones” (do check this out if you haven’t already) it’s a mockumentry about a heavy British metal band, a year before spinal tap was released! Also when Ricky gervais stars in the Simpsons and plays a bit of guitar and sings in an improvised style over the opening credits, this is not improvised but a reference to an episode of the uk office when he plays the outro theme music (hand bags and glad rags by rod stewart) in the same acoustic style as he does in that episode and in the later Simpsons episode. Thanks for your work, love ur in-site and rantings , Joe tie - grumpy antique dealer from Brighton England

I just wanted to put in a word to defend Simpsons World, which was a pretty good way to get a lot of Simpsons. They used to have a random episode button, and if you had an adblocker on, there wouldn't even be ads! They also had a 'channels' feature that would play through different themed playlists of episodes, so it was possible to get into some episodes without making agonizing decisions of which one to watch. All in all I still feel like Disney's presentation of the Simpsons leaves a lot to be desired. At the very least, a random episode button would be nice.

Thanks for the info, but I did mention I had seen All You Need Is Cash before This Is Spinal Tap, which predates it by at least six years
