No chaps today. Outlined the rest of this interlude arc. We will have some Rand cleanup and then the inciting incident for the second half of the Expira interlude, while Rand finishes a few more Paths.

Maybe back to the Nexus next week, but that might be pushing it.

Got to say man, it is getting abit frustrating. I very much understand that you need to put your health first. But this is a very expensive patreon and things have been rather scattershot for a while now. I wonder if a more rigid schedule might help. Or an extended break to recharge.

Hi Puddels First I wish you get better because health comes first. But disregarding the past week, in the past 8 weeks you released 42 chapters, which sums up to barely 5 chapters a week. Leaving this 4 weeks aside, 4 weeks beforehand you released 6 chapters a week, for a total of 24 chapters. The current official release rate is 7 chapters a week, not 6 and not 5. And if the official release rate happens to decrease more, then I will be very disappointed as I started this patronage with 10-12 chapters a week. Even if the quality of writing has improved, still 50% decrease in output is extreme, to say the least. Currently, in Patreon, there are many advanced chapters which makes it hard to leave, as you lose track of the story until you get caught up on the free releases. Unless someone really personally takes offense (which I am close to), then the current patrons will not leave. However, patrons will consider whether to invest as in your new stories. 10$ a month for years sums up to a lot of money that people could have used to buy many more books in the same amount. Our contribution allowed you to become a full-time writer, and as a professional that wishes for future success, you should consider the implications of continuing in this manner. I wish you health and inspiration aplenty

Take however many chapters you need to set up your plot points. I would rather a good story than a rush to the next story event.

I appreciate your concerns, just wanted to point out a few things. I plot every week, don't take this as a sign of things to come. I was sick last week and released five chapters, but sometimes that happens. Eight weeks includes the week I took off, so a count of it is not accurate. I'm probably at 6 and a half. I'll work on it. A quick look at my end, starting at November 7th (the day before my break) and going back through October 7th, puts that month at 1887-1915. 28 Chapters

Agreed. Nothing worth remembering is built quickly. You are the most read story in RR for a reason. Stick to your guns
