How to Start, Grow, and Monetize a YouTube Channel (Patreon)

Hi everyone!! Just wanted to share an early draft of our YouTube guide with you. It's a bit rough since it is a mashup of our notes from a few different intended purposes (YouTube video, podcast, and talks we've given).

It's also 14 pages in outline form :P

We've gone back and forth on how to make this advice available to people and what form it should take and I think we've settled on our Podcast. Just one realllly long episode haha.

I know that some meat is missing without the examples we'll fill in during the podcast but if you're interested in the topic, let us know if anything is confusing or missing!

We're also hoping to release the episode early to you guys so that if we miss anything there is a chance you can point it out and we can add that into the final version :)
