Something I don't usually draw today.

She is Tohoku Kiritan. She is a character from Japan's Tohoku Reconstruction Campaign with the same backyard as Zundamon (the green child) I drew earlier.
It is often used on video distribution sites, and I often see it being used mainly for game play video distribution.

Personality varies considerably depending on the distributor, but in my subjective opinion, it's a "MESUGAKI(female brat)".

She is very provocative in her gameplay.
The name comes from the northeastern food "Kiritanpo".

The knife on the head seems to be the machete of the "Namahage", which is handed down in the Tohoku region. It's dangerous
