What I suddenly realized and tried.

Previously, the ears were drawn as an extension of the color of the head, so the outline of the head was stretched sideways.
So, by filling it with shadow color, I was able to distinguish it from the shape of the face and sharpen the outline of the face.
I'm happy when I find better results with these simplifications.
