Hi all,

As some of you may know, my partner and I moved away from Seattle to just outside Duvall, Washington. The movers dropped off our stuff Friday. We've been unpacking and working on getting the old house ready to sell and getting to know the area.

So far we've already experienced the roads getting shut down due to flooding of the Skykomish River, and a loss of power due to a storm. Luckily, we have a Generac and power stayed on in the house until the local utility got it back up. My studio room and the internet are both on the Generac circuit, so there should be no interruptions for lessons should power be lost here (knock on wood).

We also got to do this right through Elon's acquisition and the nuclear fallout of Twitter. Brian works for Twitter. It was not fun.

It's going to take me a while to unpack the studio fully, but it is up and running for any lesson regarding the computer. Ableton stuff, modular planning, track breakdown, all that good stuff.

What I *can't* do for a bit is any lesson that requires a piece of hardware on camera. This means showing you how to use a piece of kit from my side. I can walk you through stuff without showing it to you, though.

If you have considered taking lessons with me, 30-minute intro slots are open here: https://calendly.com/redmeansrecording

This move cements my dependence on my "profession" as an "online music person", which means now more than ever, I am extremely grateful for your support. Without you, none of this would be possible. Thank you.

I'll send deer pictures as they wander through our yard. Had two this morning! :)

Love,

-jeremy

When I get paid on Thursday I'll sign up for the introductory. I have a few things I'm struggling with that I'd love to work with you on.

Hope you're settling in well enough
