Today I had a particularly nasty conversation with a long-term Patron who messed up his lesson bookings and demanded a refund for the month, claiming I had deleted his lessons or something to that effect.
Please, please, please for the love of god confirm your lesson bookings when you get them. Do not wait. Confirm immediately. Find the email with the lesson and confirm it's booked. Check your spam folder. If you do not see the email within 24 hours and you've checked everywhere, email me.
I cannot take responsibility for lessons that aren't properly booked.
Sorry I have to even bring this up, but every day brings new fun things.
