Hi all! I got two questions on the last OP-1 source and stems post about this, so I thought I would address it in a post. People are asking how to use the OP-1 source files I send over in the OP-1.

When you unzip the file OP-1 source file zip I send in Patreon you get this:

These folders correspond to the folder structure you get when you mount the OP-1 on your computer (attached via USB) in disk mode.

If you *just* want to reproduce my session, drag all of the stuff from this root folder to the root folder of your OP-1, overwriting everything on the OP-1. Unmount and then the OP-1 will build the tape tracks and import the presets.

If you want to combine my presets with something you already have on your OP-1, open up the synth and drum folders in the zip you downloaded from Patreon. Inside you'll see a few folders. In the case of the

"user" and "snapshot" are default folders for the OP-1. "user" contains the active presets (the 8 you can choose from when in synth mode or drum mode). These would be whatever I had loaded up at the end of the session. "snapshot" is anything I saved as a snapshot.  Everything else is stuff I added custom to make the session. Drag whatever you want from the synth and drum folder into the OP-1 synth and/or drum folder. Unmount the OP-1.

If you just want to mess around with this stuff in your DAW, use the tracks in "tape".

Hope that helps!
