I get enforcer vibes from this outift, thus the name. Though no enforcer I've ever seen has been packing quite like Rocket here. Really testing the uniform's limits.

Made this today. I'm very efficient when I'm in the mood for something, even though this was fairly lazy in its process. all the details are done in Substance and it does show. But, it's an outfit that Rocket can wear, and I'm happy with that.

 It's also nice having a single model to work on and not split my attention with another.
