Thanks for joining the Patreon community and supporting me!! Couldn't believe this when I saw it, honestly. Proudly displayed on the side of the road in rural northeast Georgia. Look I'm not a historian so I'm not gonna try to draw any grand conclusions. What I will say, though, is the book section of this store really scared me. I didn't crack open any of them but their titles alone were cause for concern. Anytime you see something titled "The Truth About..." "The REAL History..." I would be very skeptical of the contents of that book/article/whatever. It felt very much like propaganda. And the owner seemed very adamant that the rebel flag had nothing to do with race...alright dude...haha. I support his right to operate his own business but damn dude...come on.
