Star Trek is great because it has mostly self-contained episodes. The Star Trek universe seems so large because so many nooks and crannies go unexplored and so many cultures/civilizations remain mysterious because of this. The Enterprise's mission is to explore the galaxy not a small subsection of it. Plus it saves us from the constant lame cliffhangers at the end of each episode that shows like The Walking Dead us formulaically. The solution wasn't just restarting the ship. The infected memory sectors had to be deleted before restarting the system. That was the point of the whole solution.

I just noticed that you had posted this a while ago. I was looking for it to be posted and somehow missed it. Craps can be very complicated when you factor in all the various bets you can make. When someone rolls a number 7 or 11 on the first roll, they win. If they roll 2, 3, or 12 on the first roll, they lose. With any other number, that becomes their "point" which they try to roll on subsequent rolls before rolling a 7. The other players can either bet with the shooter (pass) or against the shooter (no pass). If a player has a point to shoot for and you have a pass bet, you can do a secondary bet. These secondary bets actually pay out the real odds of making them, one of the few places in the casino where this is true. Once the point is set, you can also place side bets including 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 , and 10 which win when those are roll before the shooter rolls a 7 or their point. You can bet on "hard" 4, 6, 8, and 10 (meaning those numbers only using doubles). You can make "horn" bets, which are 2, 3, 11, and 12. Craps tends to go really fast, so the money comes and goes rather quickly, at least the way I used to play... ;-)

Jen. Did you notice, during Contagion, that when the away team activated the gateway one of the destinations shown was the Toronto city hall building.

I enjoyed the Enterprise gets malware. The other ep was kinda meh.
