If you saw my LISK/Route 29 livestream yesterday, I have 2 things to add: 

(1) The Chevy Avalanche was only produced from 2001, so we need to try to find out what type of car he had in the 90's. That would be interesting and I wouldn't be surprised if he generally bought dark pickup trucks for his hunting... and other things he seemed to get up to. 

(2) My maptime showing Echo Lake park was not correct, the Echo Lake park in the affidavit was closer to Heuermann's mother's house.
