If you missed my YouTube short, community post, or livestream hello's and updates, Richard Allen's defense team has withdrawn from the case.

Andrew Baldwin made an oral motion to withdraw, which Judge Gull granted, and and Bradley Rozzi will be submitting a written motion to withdraw.

One can look at this development in many ways. What hurts the most, though, is that of course now the trial won't happen in January, which means that the families of Libby and Abby will suffer longer without full answers or justice. 😪🥹😪 And of course, while many will see it as a cop-out, I think this raises more questions relating to the case.

While it might be a bit of a controversial opinion, I think the defense was doing a good job and uncovering some of the behind-the-scenes RED FLAGS in Delphi. To me, their Odinism angle was only the beginning. I also worry that Richard Allen will take his own life. They better keep a close eye on him and make sure he stays safe! This case cannot end with the judge quitting, the defense attorneys quitting, and the suspect having the last word.

Let's hope he gets a new defense team asap and that they are brave enough to take on the case, which also means taking on McCleland and his friends, like former mayor (now deputy prosecutor) Shane Evans. Mmm hmmm.

Will keep my eyes peeled for documents, developments, and news.

My heart hurts for Abby and Libby. I can't imagine what their families are going through.

Stay safe!
Love,

Gisela.
