A lot of 'street smarts' this little dude, when they do catch him he will sadly return as a legend to the other inmates. Cant they drop tear gas into the wooded area they think hes in or smoke him out. They need drastic action, the longer he is roaming and desperate the more dangerous he becomes, I really empathise and worry for the residents in the area. It must be terrifying.
