Today was a restful day here in the Grizzly den. I made a spinach omelette, a berry smoothie, put on a face mask, napped, soaked up some sunshine, and went on a long walk. I hope today no matter what that you remember you deserve love, respect, and value. 🩷

I'll see you soon! I'm so focused on this Nicola Bulley case- it's soooo freaking weird! I've changed my personal hypotheses and thoughts about it a million times.

Let's hypothesize for a second, I want to hear your thoughts:

If Nicola left her phone on the bench and threw a ball for Willow to find while she slipped away somewhere... where would she go? (She stopped taking a ball along, but what if this day she did to distract Willow). My initial thought about this hypothesis is: one would have to feel extraordinary amounts of shame to leave your family AND your dog ... I'm exploring all the possibilities. If one were to hypothesize suicide... "falling into the water" still makes no sense. And someone in that state doesn't usually mastermind a vanishing to this degree. So I still wonder if perhaps this was a planned departure with help, or an abduction?

If someone pushed her into the river, why haven't they found her body?

I myself am going round and round like family have been saying. I really hope this case doesn't turn into a mysterious vanishing with zero answers. I hope Nicola is found soon. There are MANY plausible hypotheses to explore.

I'm dying to see what the police will say next!

In other news today:
➡️ Troy Driver, the man accused of murdering Naomi Irion, waived his preliminary hearing today. I think he might be pleading guilty / taking a plea deal. We shall see! If so, I'd be happy that Naomi's family is spared the trauma of hearing every graphic detail about what he did.
➡️ Timothy Haslett Jr. was due in court today- I can't find any updates yet... he is the Excelsior Springs man who held a woman captive... she escaped wearing a collar... and then the police searched the home and removed blue barels from the home. I wonder if we'll ever learn that he was a serial killer?!

I've been watching highlights of the Murdaugh trial. Send me bullet points if you're making them! Hehe. There's A LOT that happens each day of the trial!
