Richard M. Allen, 50, was arrested on October 28th, 2022 and charged with 2 counts of murder in the Delphi case. Abby Williams and Libby German were murdered on February 13th, 2017, and were last seen on the Monon High Bridge. Their bodies were discovered the following day on Ron Logan's private property. There are four considerations for attorneys during today's pre-trial court proceedings. Gull is expected to hear arguments on a gag order, a change of venue, a broad discovery request from the defense and another defense request for additional funding for investigators. Richard Allen has been appointed two defense attorneys, Mr. Bradley Rozzi and Andrew Baldwin, with a hearing set for today, November 22nd, 2022 to determine whether the probable cause affidavit will remain sealed, a pre-trial hearing set for January 13th, 2023 , and the trial scheduled to begin on March 20th, 2023.
