Hi Grizzlies!

I received an interesting email from a subscriber today, who has given me permission to share his unlisted video with you. Please do not share this on social media or anywhere- let's pause, think, and discuss.

There is already a video out on YouTube relating to this footage: https://youtu.be/-B1Mfc6SEOs

The thing is, when I go to: https://alertca.live/cam-console/1781 and search for the archived footage myself and ZOOM IN, I do not see that it's headlights in the water, I see the light on the shoreline, but that's just my opinion. I think there was a group of people partying on the shore right where Kiely's car was later found. There are little bonfires/lights and cars driving around everywhere, so there's a lot going on in this video to observe.

Now, if you fast forward to timestamp on the video above 00:54:02 , the camera footage timestamp is Saturday, August 6th, 2022 at 00:33:06 PDT. What some have said they see there is Kiely's car flying into the water at top speed. I DID see that, but I'm not going to explore another "Brian's hand in the bunker" type "what I see" video on my public channel just yet. I would love to hear from you: what do you see? What do you think is happening here?

I've attached a screenshot of the map for you. The white arrow would show where Kiely's car would've entered the water; the footage almost looks more like the yellow arrow location?

  • Does it look like a car splashing into the water to me? Yes
  • Do I see headlights making a turn from the direction of the party location towards this shoreline? Yes
  • Do I see a convoy of cars right at the beginning of the video? Seems so!
  • And around timestamp 00:58:40 on this video, it looks like at least one other car arrives at this area- I see lots happening (which would've been at almost 1AM that morning).

What do you think?

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts! You can comment on this post or send me a message here on Patreon, or if you'd like to email me, an email address that is for Patrons and Members only is: grizzlymembersonly@gmail.com

It is not my content, it is provided from https://www.alertwildfire.org I just recorded it to make it easier for all to access. This is part 1 of 2. I'll be putting another video up from 8/6/22 0130 until sunrise. I had to put something for a thumbnail so I just use the pic I always use that I shot myself years ago. There is nothing humorous or ill-natured intended. I am keeping this unlisted as I am not trying to grow my channel and I don't put out much content. I'm only doing this to help the sleuths, well... sleuth!

For me, This video confirms the timeline of heading into the water around minute 33 as the phone traces suggested. Wild DUI driving is bound to be why the car ended up in the pond. We can be quite sure Kiely was in the car when it went in. We do not know who was driving, behind the wheel when it did. Because of actions post-accident, it seems pretty obvious which collective of people contains whoever the driver was... and my past wild-DUI-partier experiences suggests some other drunk decided to 'help Kiely out' by driving for her. The carload ended up in the pond.... some escaped, one did not. As usual with immature people who screw up.. they ran and tried to pretend it never happened...or as close to that as possible. Since Kiely was two years younger than a typical senior, it is also easy to imagine the usual kid-style needling over who can handle how much of what was aimed at her... more than it might be for others. Social bullying is a good possibility... which is how many people experience their first super-intoxicating event....they get 'dared' into it. At any rate, it seems the odds of it being anything but a party-DUI is pretty low. "Party DUI with unknown driver at the wheel" is where it stands for me on the morning of October 8, 2022.

This was my initial thought. I still feel that someone put her in the back. I have the same car there is no way to get back there. It is so sad
