Sound check 1, 2 ... audio and video is great! I like the stream yard and being able to see comments is a nice feature! It is also getting dark earlier in New Jersey also, around 7:00 pm and soon the clocks get moved back an hour and in winter it will be dark around 4:00 pm. One way to increase the hours of daylight to combat SAD (Seasonal Affective Depression) is using artificial sunlight that simulates natural daylight. This can be accomplished by using full spectrum light. Indoor plant grow lights accomplish this. Simply get up an hour before sunrise and sit in a room with your grow light on, have some coffee, read or whatever and do the same for one hour after sunset and you will extend the hours of daylight each day by two hours which combats SAD.
