Court starts at 8:30 AM (Boise, Idaho time, PDT + 1) with jury instructions, which could take an hour, according to Nate Eaton (East Idaho News), and then it will be time for opening statements. With this in mind, I am starting my stream with a bit of a delay to de-fluff, where necessary. And, the plan is to watch opening and closing statements/arguments together, and then during the 8-10 week trial, I will do my best to keep recaps and highlights going for us.
