Author's Update 16th Sept 2022 (Patreon)

Hey everyone! So after the results of my last poll it seems like we'll be going with weekly author's updates from now on. : ) This will be the first weekly Friday update. I'll try to release a new update every week on Friday from this point onwards.

Writing News: I've just finished and released the past-due August 2022 installment of the Patron-exclusive Doppelganger Charm series for $5 dollar subscribers. The September installment will be out before the end of the month. Now I'm going back to work on Venus Virus 2. Hope to have that done very soon. 

Other News: I've re-opened a professional Twitter account in case anyone wants to follow me there. The new account is @ZoeBrownTG. 

I've also opened up a Donations Goal on my Ko-Fi account (https://ko-fi.com/zoebrown) so that anyone who might be willing to contribute a few dollars can do so. I'm facing a pretty steep financial shortfall in October and November because of some unavoidable expenses, and I'm concerned I may not be able to make my rent for those months, but I'd like to avoid taking on any new commissions until I've finished the stories I'm already contracted for. If anyone can help out, I'd be extremely grateful. I opened the Donations Goal on Ko-Fi because they're running some kind of deal in which they will contribute some money to (some? all? not clear) creators who share their donation goals on social media (and because unlike Patreon Ko-Fi doesn't charge fees on donations), but now that I'm re-reading the actual terms of the offer I'm not sure that they're actually going to contribute anything at all, which is a bummer lol. *shrug*
