Fast as in its too short? Or the frame rate is too fast? I tried playing around with fps to slow it down but then it looked too janky. Like I said, I'm no pro to animating so I'm not sure how to slow it down while keeping it smooth.

as in it's so fast that I barely catch the first part of the transformation. It took watching it 5 times before I even realized that his shoes turn into a pair of heels.
