July's second fan art poll winner is Thalia the elf from the comic "Unchanged" by MilkRiot! The comic is unfortunately difficult to find these days but if you do happen upon it, this piece is somewhat of a distant extrapolation of how it was progressing when it was last updated.

Got a little bit carried away with the backdrop of this one, to the point that it turned into a full-fledged background....but whatever, it's my fan art poll, I can do what I want.
