New taxes in patreon (Patreon)

I got a notification about new taxes on patreon being applied next month. I don't know how they work but appearantly it's gonna affect my lowest tiers (the 1 usd tier)
I don't understand much cuz my English is not that technical and translate didn't help much. Does any of you know what's going on and if I can do anything to make things better?
