October is over, which means we can breathe again (Patreon)

Hi patrons! James here.
October is over, which is always a double-edged sword for us here at Dead Meat. On the one hand, it's sad that the world will no longer revolve around horror - it's so fun seeing spooky stuff take over the mainstream for 1-2 months and become the focal point of everyone's interests for a while. It's cool to see people embrace the thing that we love all year round, and of course along with that comes a great boon to the channel, as it's the season we gain the most views, subscribers, and revenue.
On the other hand... man, it'll be nice to sleep.
Between doubling our output of Kill Counts AND podcasts, doing our "T-Pain sidequest" (check out the music video for "Does She Know" if you haven't yet), trying to watch all the new horror movies coming out, and trying to go to as many events as we can, the month of October is a frenzy and now that it's over, I can only look back at it as a hectic blur. I think I had a good time?
Now that the chaos has subsided, we'll be trying to get a lot of things in order. Some of that is personal - we can finally clean our room! We can get back to regular work outs! We can maybe order a new oven since ours hasn't worked for a few months and Thanksgiving is coming up!
But we'll also be tending to business matters, both public and internal. One of the public focuses I'd like to do is to make sure all you patrons are taken care of. You are the bedrock of our fanbase, providing security in the face of YouTube's constant instability. We are forever grateful for your support.
I know we're behind on commentary tracks and the Patreon podcast feed. We will be doing our best to catch up on all of those rewards throughout the month.
I've also seen comments saying past commentary tracks aren't working. Turns out Soundcloud did something that messed up old links, so we'll be going through and trying to fix that. Please let us know which tracks still aren't working in comments on this post.
$50 patrons are eligible to receive custom Cameo-style videos from me that are about a minute in length. I know a few of these have been requested that I haven't gotten to yet; I'll try to record them this weekend. Any other patrons at that level who haven't made a request can feel free to do so in either a comment on this post or in a DM to us here. You can also email your request to deadmeatjames@gmail.com.
I think those are all the updates I have for you. Let me know if there's any other way we can make your Patreon experience better. Like I said, we don't take your support for granted. You are truly the type of fan that keeps us going.
Hope you all had a lovely spooky season <3
