In retrospect the casting of James Marshall had to have a lot do with the fact that he looks like Ivan Drago? You put that big head square jaw flat top on a poster for a boxing movie you’re hoping people react to it..not defending it but can see a studio thinking that way, wonder if that was a subconscious thing as a kid that lead me to watch it

I started to work on combining the Pappy Jack/Neville phone call and scrubbed through Omega man 3 times and he never says "who is this?" on the phone! Love when an impression replaces the reality.
