Sex undercover is weird. An activist in some group infiltrated by an undercover policeman in England successfully sued because she was in a two year relationship with him, maybe rape by deception or something, maybe even had a kid with him. Shady consent issues.

Going through Swayze's movies after this is so confusing mainly because he just didn't do many. He only "starred" in 4 movies until 1998 after Point Break : City of Joy (Flop), Father Hood (Flop), To Wong Foo (Actually super successful and nominated for a golden globe), and Three Wishes (family flop). He then apparently got incredibly hurt on the set of Letters from a Killer which came out in 1998 along with Black Dog (which sounds like ABZ gold). It seems like either something from Point Break or Ghost kind of blacklisted him from doing big things or those 3 flops in a row really killed their momentum.

Thanks for the shout out, Stang. I am indeed a snake ass bitch. Maybe somebody mentioned it but Keanu and Swayze were in Youngblood for a hot minute back in the day. Swayze plays the goon protecting hot shot pretty boy Rob Lowe, Keanu has like one scene where he’s drunk, French Canadian goalie basically an impression of the Slap Shot goalie.. Cynthia Gibb, Ed Lauter. 4 stars, Jon Bob says check it out

Re: Blue Flame - Gabrus is kinda right, blue flame out the ass, but is derogatory about someone shooting through the ranks, getting unearned promotions. I’m basing this on book by John Douglas - he’s the FBI agent who created the FBI profiler group, ie Manhunter, etc. In book he says he was called a blue flame, might be a FBI thing.

I remember when I had to do the brick test to get my job.

Thank you! I knew I’d seen something where it’s specifically defined but couldn’t place it. It’s in Mindhunter: https://www.reddit.com/r/blankies/comments/765fk4/blue_flamer_defined/

Jon Smith

But as a term it’s still pretty dumb sounding and doesn’t really make sense? makes sense for a government agency I guess

Wow, thanks for the great episode, Boyz.

I noticed for the first time on this watch that Bodhi kind of foreshadows his own short ride on the 50 year storm’s wave. In the van scene on the way to the last robbery, Bodhi tells Utah, “Fear makes people hesitate”. It’s like he was scared to lose something brah, hi freedom.
