Did anyone listen to the Dollop’s recent three parter on Seagal? There’s some stuff that is talked about on the pod but also a lot of stuff I wasn’t aware of, like how he turned snitch on the mob.

Here's some actual information about how steroids affect strength and training. Spoiler: it's a much bigger effect than just letting you train more often! www.strongerbyscience.com/steroids-and-strength-differences

This movie is definitely worth renting but at the very least if you haven't seen it, watch this clip that they described on the podcast about the guy who lives in his van and trains at Gold's. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kObIcpwUegE

I was laughing at you guys making fun of older guys using modern slang. I'm 49 years old and have several teenage daughters so I'm always walking around saying crap like "this song slaps" or "this coffee is hot AF" to usually a roomful of eye rolls.

Looking forward to getting into Odenkirk's book. Him and Tim Meadows did a Q&A and the ticket came with a copy of book. The theater was sold out and Tim was like; this was originally supposed to be in a small book store, so please lower your expectations, this is not going to be funny. It was great. Also I think it was blank check that recommended watching "The Core" instead of Moonfall, which I think I might just do. Rolled my eyes when it first came out but compared to today's big budget movies that one is probably fun.

When I was 5 or 6 my oldest brother(14 at the time) accidentally killed a tiny kitten we just got by stepping on him. My brother was tall for his age and wore size 13s. He ran in side to answer the phone and barreled through the door just as the cat crosses his path. I vaguely remember the kitten looking like fur and bubblegum

Yeah you gotta get to Alamo like 20 minutes early and figure out your food order, that way the food comes right around when the movie starts and if you want something mid movie I write that shit down before the movie(so I’m not trying to find light to write during the movie)and put the card up when I want it ..I am admittedly biased tho and I’ve never been to an Alamo outside of Austin or Dallas

This episode may be the best yet. Everyone's having a good time here.

Forget the Alamo. I worked there for years. I made good money and lots of friends but the management is as toxic as they come. Hell, the owners covered up Harry Knowles and others sexually abusing clients and staff for 20 years.

I worked as an extra for about a dozen days on Christian Bale’s newest movie, “The Pale Blue Eye”, when he was around ALL the time, and it was SO nice to not be a part of a classic meltdown. In fact, he acknowledged us and asked questions sometimes about what was going on, because he didn’t want to be responsible for screwing up someone ELSE’S shot!

Ansel Elgort does a great job in Tokyo vice imo, and I was skeptical. Great show.

The Aunt Vy story reminded me of when my Aunt Sue was walking around all day complaining about a distinct "meat smell" and later found a smashed rat in the shoe she had been wearing all day when she went to bed.

ABz, any of your dads ever give you any guidance, or even repair advice, that you found to be total BS later life??
