Casey Fucking Ryback is... back. And not better than ever. This is a lesser movie. In fact, the main thing UNDER SIEGE 2 has going it against it is the first one. That being said, there are a lot of other things that suck about this movie. But at least they didn’t wait until part 3 or 4 to take it to outer space. Ryback might just be a chef in Denver now but he’s well trained and remember, chance favors the prepared mind.
