Stranger mentioned training while injured in The Program. Boys can you talk about strategies for older guys like us who train to stay healthy? I train BJJ and just fucked up my ankle which means work is hard in the janitorial field so training must take a back seat but I want to progress....thoughts?

Don’t do what I did with a ruined ankle, which was fail to change my lifestyle in any way. Weight ballooned. Exercises in a pool are quite good, takes pressure off.
