Cirno WIP (Patreon)

I knew I forgot to post something last night before  I passed out. Here's the WIP of Cirno. Now there are a lot of spots where Cirno isn't doing much, that's because Swell Reads is awesome and getting voice for this ^_^, and those will be cut down some or be more animated once the voice arrives. That gives me a bit of wiggle room so I don't have to go crazy pushing the frames around or setting up new scenes when I get the voice file. I can crop them off. There will be at least another minute-ish worth of growth and a kinda funny ending we came up with.

She's going to be bragging a bit, and the strongest fairy has to blow up her own balloon since she forgot her air tank.
