June Goals (Patreon)

Short version:

1. Project Dream

2. I will be restructuring my Patreon tiers a little bit. $1 tier is the same. Nobody is being kicked

3. I will be getting my non-patreon commission list in order. (I do not accept payment for regular commissions until I start work) So I'm not going to have all of these done, but I want to get everyone on a to-do list who still wants one from the last 2-3 months.

4. After project dream, I will get caught up on things I owe people on Patreon first.

5. I want to make some changes in what I do based on the reception of Project Dream.  More on this later. No don't worry it's nothing horrible. It's more of a "what do I focus on" kind of deal based on feedback.

 Ex. Contact me if something is missing from a Patreon benefit or if you have feedback/suggestions on how I can improve what I do or how I present it.  (constructive if possible)

Hey everyone. Need to go over a few things. One is a bit important.

If I've missed contacting  you for a Patreon commission or anything, to please contact me. Either on Discord, or messaging me on Patreon privately. I try to keep tabs on everything but sometimes miscommunications happen. I do have a checklist of benefits I owe people through Patreon and I do contact people about twice a month (for those that did not respond). I'm just saying if you didn't get the messages, or if something is confusing, to contact me.

My big goal is to push Project Dream out for June. I made a breakthrough and got the giantess inflation adjustment to work. So that means that there is a 99% chance I will have raycast for this.

I'm on the last stretch now. Just some motions for the bad dream and nightmare. Sound and physics, and we are good to go. Thank you to everyone who gave me feedback on the dialogue placement from the last one. There are definitely some small changes I am making based on that.

 And don't worry. I'm pacing myself and not overworking on the big project. I'm still taking time off to relax and a game every so often. But every day I'm doing at least something to progress to the goals. 

So once that's done. I am getting myself caught up on some Patreon work that I owe people. A few with bigger than normal projects have been super kind enough to let me finish Project Dream first.

I have also a commission list that is backed up (do not think I am a  bad commission person though, anyone that is a non-patreon commission I do not accept payment for a commission until I go to start) But after Patreon, I'm going to start contacting those people again and getting that going. I don't think I'll have every single thing done for June here, but the main point is I want to get everyone who still wants the commission squared up and in a ordered list.

Also I do want to do some changes to my tiers. With the tax thing going in, the commission tiers I have for drawings and such are er... well ... long story short. I have the $15 drawing tier there for people who want a monthly commission, right? My regular price for 1 character colored (as of this post) is $17. So with tax being added to the $15, this kinda invalidates my discount. So I'm going to mull about how to work with this tier and see what I should do in the future.

I'm also thinking about changing all commission tiers to something else. I'm just having difficulty getting the details down to make them fair without seeming like I'm greedy.

As of right now I'm not hurting for money and while I respect "supply and demand" and such, I don't want to rip anyone off.

So the new things I want to try instead of being overpriced things or "just my art at a discount", I want to try something new or interesting for a fair pledge amount. I just have to hammer out the details to what, as I have ideas but I'm trying to see how fair they are.

I'm going to get community feedback before implementing anything.

Also if you're in a drawing/animation tier: Do not worry. I'm not kicking anyone out yet or invalidating anything. I already spoke with a few people on how to tackle this. I am handling this on a case by case basis.

Lastly... based on the feedback from Project Dream, this will kinda help me focus on future things. There's a LOT to explain and I'll make a public post after I'm done with these things explaining what's given me a full 180 degree turn in my life and why I'm completely different from last year and such. Don't worry... this is NOT a bad thing in the slightest. I'm not quitting my job to do this full time or doing anything ridiculous.

The easy way to say it is: If the project flops, ah , I tried. If it does great, good, maybe I can do more.

So don't worry.  This is more from a "based on this giant project I made... what content do I want to keep making?" thing. Giant projects? Small ones? How much detail? That kinda thing. After I finish I want to make a giant positive oriented post explaining everything and what I want to do in the future.
