Update please read (Patreon)

Hola everyone, I hope you're well! It's the first day of my week off from work and so far it's not going too well.

We've been having a lot of thunderstorms since about Thursday or Friday (on the plus side the temperature has gone up and we also finally have a bit more sun again). Yesterday we probably had about 3 thunderstorms. I was charging my phone during one, and I didn't realise it was still charging by the time the storm had started. I unplugged it and it was fine and it worked without any issues.

But last night I tried to charge it and it just won't  charge! It charged by about 2 % but it won't charge anymore. Now it's just not charging at all. I've tried the tips that I've found online, on here for example https://support.google.com/android/answer/7666942 but I've not had any luck.

The only other explanation is that my phone got damaged by the thunderstorm and there might have been a power surge. Luckily I was able to save most of the photos on it and I have backed it up in the past, but I'm unable to get access to my phone, so I can't log into Facebook, Instagram or Tiktok. I can access IG through meta business suites but I can't read my IG inbox messages or do much on it.

Does anyone have any tips please? I'm going to take it to a phone shop tomorrow and see if they can help me.

P.S.  because I don't have a phone right now I can't film any POVs, unless I get a new SD card for my gopro, which will hopefully fix that, and a new phone. I've gone on "vacation" on Wisio until the end of July, like on Patreon, just so I can have some time off from creating while I'm away. I just wanted to access files on both and be able to access my apps. Any ideas would be welcome, thanks!
