This week's and last week's releases were originally planned as one, but as I hope you can see now, there is a bit more going on than can be conveyed in one image when it comes to the public release. 

This also let me play with the dialogue a bit more. Originally I did not plan on having the Guy comment on her change of voice, and I was just going to let the reader assume that's what went on with the change of color with Jessica's word bubbles. 

Having the guy bring it up also makes for a good distraction to avoid some of the 'Unexpected' additions this new magical item has manifested. Jess's reaction helps hint that this new item might be affecting more than just her appearance.
