The girl Ayanokouji finds in the library is Shiina Hiyori, the girl who was with Ryuen in the cafeteria when he approached Ayanokouji's study group in the previous episode. She shares VA with Emilia from Re:Zero. Ayanokouji got the actual C-class questions from Ryuen and Karuizawa put them on Kushida's uniform when she took them to wash after spilling her drink on her. Btw since you are starting series together with the arrival of their sequels to take advantage of the hype, I would recommend you to take into account Monogatari Series, after a few years its continuation was announced, besides not many people have reacted to it (maybe because of its controversy, the same as Mushoku Tensei). And by the way if you have plans to start new series and you have any doubt you could ask us, for example if I knew you were starting Tensura I would have recommended you to skip the opening until a certain episode to avoid spoilers haha or maybe the order to watch it or if there are different versions with some differences like with Rezero. Edit: I just saw you asked on youtube and there are some comments mentioning Monogatari, so... haha

Yeah I will say things are already pretty chaotic for me with how much content I'm trying to do so I tend to avoid getting too occupied in my head with keeping track of little things like which openings to skip etc. Hope that's understandable but I do appreciate the suggestions! I'll definitely look into Monogatari!
