While I'm surprised Petelgeuse was taken care off just like that, I wouldn't rule out his return just yet. For now, we'll have plenty fingers and other archbishops to deal with though. Let's hope our good friend Juli can help us take care of them...

The other archbishops aren't here (thank god, you wouldn't want that), it's just Sloth and it's more than enough. Sloth and Pride are part of the 7 Deadly Sins (greed, lust, gluttony, pride, sloth, wrath and envy; notice that Satella was called "the witch of envy"), it's a classification of vices in Christian traditions. It's very common in animes and games (Japan seems to like the concept) and weirdly when I was younger I learned the english words for it rather fast (it's also not my first language) because of those same animes/games. Regarding Anastasia's troups, half of them were blocking the road during the whale hunt. Ricardo (the werewolf guy), Julius and the 2 or 3 little mages are with Anastasia, while Crusch has Wilhelm and Felis. Regarding Puck, I assume he could get rid of the entire enemy squad by himself (idk why he seems stronger when Emilia is dead, I may be imagining things). Only one guy could potentially take on his "scary" form as far as I know, and you know him actually ahah.
