Re:Zero twice a week begins now! I didn't even know what to say anymore by the end of this episode. It's honestly amazing how Subaru is able to rediscover his purpose merely by the (extraordinary amount of) encouragement he received from Rem. Personally, I'm not even gonna lie that I probably would have needed something more practical. Nonetheless, it speaks volumes about the emotional depth's of Subaru's character.

There was numerous but discreet hints regarding Puck: the sudden snowstorm (not here in the first loop, only the underground passage was frozen yet), him appearing from inside the mansion destroying it in the process (how did he enter ?), and then his voice/dialogue about his "daughter". Anyway don't worry about the commentary, sometimes it's okay to to talk less and you can concentrate fully on the dialogues. I'll never get Subaru's obsession with Emilia though, she's very bland compared to Rem (so far). Rem's dialogue was so sweet in this episode, it's like they're made for each other :/. At least you won't ever confuse the two sisters anymore after all this.

Subaru kind of had to say he loves Emilia. He made clear, that Emilia was his goal, so Rem doesn't misunderstand and knows how things are. Btw. it is okay when you are speechless, especially this one was a complete scene without break, actually I prefer you to take in the whole scene and not distracting yourself with thinking you should say something.

Haha that's for sure. Thanks for all the helpful input by the way! Saw you've been commenting on a lot of the prior episodes too. I've been reading it all :)

Good to hear man! Yeah it makes sense why he told Rem, even if it kinda felt like a burn in the moment to me lol. But I knew that's not how he meant nor was it how Rem took it so yeah
