The pacing of Season 2 could not be more on point so far! With Toji actually dead and him mentioning Megumi to Gojo, we've come full circle and know what followed after. Still, I truly wonder whether this arc is now over or if it's just the first part of a much longer spanning narrative. We still need to see what happens to Tengen, and how Geto ended up changing in the mindset he has so far shown 0 deviance from.

I also like how they explored Gojo in terms of his powers. Toji basically forced Gojo to try reverse techniques, which is struggled with compared to Shoko. And we can see that he failed with the "Red" technique in the second episode. Finally here he successfully used Red, and ultimately "Purple" which we all know he can used in the present. I do feel like this can be the turning point for Geto. Because he really looked like he wanted to kill those Star Plasma Vessel members.

Interesting, I initially didn't see it that way but I think you might be right. I guess you can see it as Gojo slowly pulling him to that dark side.

- Megumi means blessing, that's why Toji remembered him at that moment, definitely father of the year haha. - I don't know if it was clear, but when they were talking about Kuroi's kidnapping they were referring to what happened in episode 3 when she was later rescued. - Toji explains that Gojo's abilities are 3: 1. Power to stop, the direct application of his Limitless technique. 2. Power to attract (Blue), the amplified application of the previous one. 3. Power to repel (Red), the REVERSAL application of his technique. In episode 2 Gojo and Geto mention that Shoko can use REVERSAL cursed technique but they can't and it's very complicated for them to understand it, that's why at the end of that same episode Gojo tried to use Red but it didn't work haha, but now he could because he understood how to use the reverse cursed technique at the verge of death. I'm sure you got it, but I'll leave it here just in case haha. Great reaction.

Ahh thanks man, my man Loayza always coming in with the useful details and making me feel silly in the process 😅 Can't believe I didn't catch that with them talking about the maid. I guess we'll just have to assume she was able to be flee after all then. As far as the techniques go, I actually didn't realize that. It's usually where I kinda zone out cuz I feel like they throw around so many terms that I'm unable to follow anymore anyway. But you explaining it now helps a lot! Thanks :)

Nah man, don't worry, it's complicated for everyone, it's just a bit easier for us because we can pause the episode to process the information and also because after watching so much anime some things are easier to understand because they follow the same patterns. But I'm glad to know that it helps you.

Robin, I also have serious problems understanding the techniques and I've been watching anime for 15 years. Jujutsu is not really for amateurs LOL, the techniques and explanations are really deep and complicated, I've watched several reactions and it took me a while to understand something here or there. It's an anime that requires double attention and "repetition" to pick up details about combat and combat techniques, I admit. Don't worry you are not alone in this XD

You’re gonna have a field day trying to wrap your head around some of these abilities, gojo actually has one of the less complicated abilities in the series. One thing that was mentioned in this episode was when Toji was explaining his abilities geto mentions that revealing information about your techniques boost their fundamental strength, this is kind of a play on a common thing that happens in a lot of anime where characters will just start explaining they’re abilities in the middle of a fight, jjk kind of takes that and plays it off as part of the way jujutsu sorcery works. This series does a lot of that where it’ll take common tropes from the other big shonnen jump series and twist it into its own thing
