It's fascinating how there are all these slight twists while reliving the events. Also, is it just me or does Reinhard seem way too noble and good to be true?

When the vendor told him that someone helped his daughter it was the second time they met at that respawn, so it does fit in the timeline that she is lost. Besides the time leap, there are many details that automatically reminded me of Steins;Gate, for example the comic dynamics of the characters and the protagonist saying nonsense things in a flashy way, it has all the formula of SG haha and I don't think it's a bad thing, on the contrary I love it.
