Regarding colectors... he basically says that there would be pople who collect extra scrolls than needed so they have to give way approaching the tower if they are ambushed to get away and avoid a dangerous fight and still remain with the necessary pair. Clone Jutsu and Shadow Cone Jutsu are different Jutsus, doing different things. -Clone Jutsu is a basic skill learned in Academy that creates images of yourself without any physical mass. -Shadow Clone Jutsu is a forbidden high level jutsu that creates one or more physical copies of yourself and consumes a lot of chakra
