Congratulations on being the first movie reaction channel to watch this classic film starring an iconic actor early in his career! And props to the patron who picked this film. For not being basic and going sideways from the mindless masses in the comments who can only think to recommend movies they’ve seen other channels react to.

Hey Dawn, normally I don't watch the full length reactions because I don't have that much free time and/or don't have a copy of the movie. But this one was special, so I watched it.. and just followed the blurry PiP because I already know the dialogue =D It was a golden reaction right from "I feel like this is going to be NOT a chaotic movie." EXPLOSION!!! =D all the way to "I'm burstin' for a pee!" =D I'm glad you enjoyed one of my top 5 favorite films of all time. I agree with your analysis- it's a movie you watche when you're depressed or frustrated or angry etc.. so you can run through the extreme of all those emotions and purge. But you can watch it other times too because all the actors are incredible and the story and directing are riveting. Jim Sheridan (director), Terry George (screenwriter), Daniel Day Lewis, Emma Thompson and Pete Postlethwaite were all nominated for Oscars, BAFTAs and Golden Globes... with no wins. Pete deserved recognition, but he his competition was fierce that year: Tommy Lee Jones - The Fugitive (Won) Ralph Fiennes - Schindler's List John Malkovich - In The Line of Fire Leonardo DiCaprio - What's Eating Gilbert Grape Now that you know who Billy Bob Thornton is, I'm hoping someone picks "Slingblade".
