I watched a few episodes when it first aired in the U.S. and it was a mess. I don't know if anybody told you but it aired completely out of order and Fox just messed it about to no end. The last 3 episodes never got aired and the last episode they did show was the pilot episode. So that shows you how f'd up it was. They also didn't know how to market it which is why most people have never heard of it. I stopped watching because at the time I was still bitter about the same thing happening to Crusade. Thank goodness for the proper DVD release and the follow up movie. This series was definitely meant for binge watching long before that concept was even a thing.

Not only is binge-watching this epic show a popular thing; some people have long watch parties that view the entire series in one long day/night or night/day. Now THAT'S dedication! Of course, back-to-back it's only about twelve to twelve and a half hours but that's still one LONG Shindig!
